PES, PEI, PSU

Polyetherimide (PEI), and Polysulphone (PSU) are all suitable for applications of a high temperature. At room temperature these materials are similar to engineering thermoplastics in that they are strong, tough, and rigid. When exposed to high temperatures, these properties are retained as well as providing excellent thermal, mechanical, and electrical properties, and high continuous service temperatures. Each material however, possesses distinct properties making each material more suitable for a particular purpose than the other.

  PES, PEI, PSU PROPERTIES

Excellent in:
    Heat ageing performace (PES only)
    Electrical properties
    Thermal properties
    Mechanical properties
Very good in:
Low flammability and low smoke levels during combustion,
Continuous service temperatures (up to 180°)

  PES, PEI, PSU APPLICATIONS

The diverse properties of these high performance plastics make them suitable materials for a wide range of applications. If you require more information, then email us with your query.
